Since 9th March 2013, the internet connectivity provided by Sky Broadband in the Crewe region has been appalling. Despite numerous requests from various residents in the town, Sky continue to deny there is a problem and have even threatened users with charges of up to £100+ for checking their connection, if there isn't a problem found. This attitude is disgusting and Sky need to acknowledge that there is a problem, then fix that problem, free of charge and within a reasonable amount of time, or be prepared to refund people for the loss of service, which they are paying for.
