We would like to request that students in the forth and third year be allowed to represent indiindividuals with small claims matters as a way to give them experience, no one will get harmed as they are already representing themselves, students may focus on claims that have money and get paid a certain percentage after winning as an order of court.
Principals complain about graduates not being able to apply theory in practice when serving articles . This is a great way to attain some of those skills. If not , something simular .
