Final supporters
Two years ago Soundwave was held at a venue that had it all - sun and SHADE and was easier to get to NOW it is held at a place that is so far way you spend almost just as much money getting there / staying there as you do for your ticket and you your biggest concern is NOT getting to see all the bands you came to see but rather staying hydrated, not getting sun burnt coz there is not ounce of shade available Sunday proved how dedicated fans are but with places continuously running out of water, fans trying to find shade wherever and however possible, a good day was still had but for some not as great as they hoped The free water was great but for some it wasn’t enough. I had SO many people on Sunday tell me this is a joke and while the music is great it is a pain getting there and the lack of shade and the premises where Soundwave is now held is a joke. Lets do something about getting it moved!!
Soundwave is currently lacking consecutively each year in the following areas;
Access to water
Provided shade
Sufficient medical assistance
Appropriate access to venue ie. traffic congestion and actual access to main entry via foot
Timetable punctuality
Let us know if there are any issues Soundwave should be brought to light on for an improved festival in the future.

Last year was a nightmare. I spent half the day trying to find a patch of shade and the other half in a massive line for water. Never again.
Eastern creek is a joke. Took me 3 hours just to get out of the parking lot. Get it back to a decent venue with proper transport links.
The heat was actually dangerous. I saw people passing out left and right. Fix the water situation before someone ends up in the hospital next time.
bring back the old venue please! this one is way to far out and impossible to get home from
so tired of standing in the sun for hours waiting for bands that play late anyway. sort it out soundwave!

Total mess. No shade at all and the water lines were forever. Worst logistics ever for a festival this size.
