We need 1500 signatures to be able to have the MSU Spartan logo offered as a choice to be displayed on the license plates of Tennessee registered vehicles. Currently, the Tenn DMV has about 14 college logo offered including Alabama, Tenn Vols, Arkansas, Florida and Mississippi State to name a few.
