The Hillgrove CPF as seen the need for speed bumps to be installed on Hillgrove drive as a matter of urgency due to the following reasons.

• There has been numerous accidents on this road, including the Telkom box accident.
• We have schools on and near the main road
• We have many religious organizations on Hillgrove Drive“ Churches, Mosques and Temples”
• This is the only road in and out of the area and any on that is committing a crime will be severely hampered by the installation of these speed bumps.
