Our streets, Arten Ave and Creekview Ave are used as a shortcut to enter and exit Oxford Street and Regent Street and sometimes to avoid traffic on Elgin Mills and the Yonge/Elgin Mill corner.

The majority of the cars do not obey the speed limit of 40 km and 20 km at the bend connecting Creekview and Arten. The bend has a blind spot and is potentially prone to accident.

Our streets are sometimes used as racing streets by cars and motorbikes.

Small parquet on Arten Street designed primarily for children of the neighbourhood poses a serious threat from speedy cars.
