Hello yowell ranch members! Many of you have voiced your opinions about wanting another pool and or playground within the community! With the projected budget for next year being in our favor, if we can come together to decide what we would like to add to our community, it may help our builders to make their decisions easier!
I am suggesting that we add a large splash pad that would fall in between the d.h Horton and style craft homes! Many of us would like another pool, but with a pool come added cost (especially if the vandalism continues) but if we created a splash pad, it would provide a nice space for the younger children to play (since the older children seem to occupy the pool).
If this is something you would be interested in spending our budget on in the future, please vote!!!
