The following homeowners in the Springfield Neighborhood have signed this petition to make their preferences known regarding the future of Kiowa Trail. As development of the area and the expansion of Highway 101 continue to increase traffic in our area, we see the need to notify the city planners and the city council that we collectively do not want to see Kiowa Trail become a through street to the Springfield Neighborhood.

We envision a significant increase in traffic and safety issues on our streets that would change the neighborhood we have come to enjoy.
