We the undersigned do hereby declare our opposition to the proposed rezoning and development of more apartment complexes in the Springwood Park community. We believe more apartment complexes will contribute to increased traffic, crime, noise pollution and decreased home and land values for all current residents. The eleven apartment complexes that currently stand in our community already propagate these very issues. More apartments are not something we want or need in our community.
