St Augustine's Daycare Centre is due to close 1st October 2010. This Daycare Centre is an invaluable resource and education to the babies and toddlers in the local area / community. Without this nursery there will be only 1 private nursery in the local community which is already full to capacity. We need this nursery to ensure parents can give their children the best start in life and enable parents to go back to work. The government want to encourage parents back to work, yet this nursery is being forced to close as the school budget cannot support this nursery. Please help us in giving our best and forcing Bexley Council to re-think the damage the closure of this nursery will inevitably cause. Please sign our petition.
