We have to many strays especially cats wondering the streets of steinbach and winter time is worse they are cold and hungry ! We can not keep relying on Winnipeg shelters to keep taking in our strays , they have plenty of there own ! The city of steinbach needs to step up and do something ! We need a shelter of our own and take responsibility for the homeless , hungry strays of steinbach !
