Scribner is finally gone and the mask mandate is history so I guess we actually did it. My hands are shaking a bit honestly because I never really thought they would listen to us but here we are. Keep watching those school board meetings because we still have to make …

Superintendent Scribner has directly violated Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-38 by requiring mandatory mask wearing in FWISD schools. This is an illegal mask mandate made by an unelected official that violates both parent’s and children’s rights.

There are zero studies that show mask wearing has a positive impact on slowing or stopping the spread of COVID.

The long term psychological and physical damage to children has not been properly evaluated. Furthermore, we do know with certainty that children are suffering from bacterial infections from contaminated masks and dangerous CO2 levels from breathing in their own carbon dioxide.

We ask for a swift termination as a direct result of breaking the law and endangering our children.

Lastly, we demand the mandate be reversed and that each family chooses for themselves what’s best for their children.

In addition to this grievance, parents and citizens are sick and tired of Superintendent Scribners support for Critical Race Theory, obsession with Social Emotional Learning and Courageous Conversations (all of which are destroying our district!). FWISD spends over 2 million dollars a year on these programs that produce no academic results.

We are angry that FWISD is ranked 20th in the State of Texas with less than 1/3 of 3rd graders reading at grade level. Last years Staar exam showed 83% of 7th Graders failed Math. A whopping 3% of the same group of 7th Graders were able to perform Math at grade level.

Superintendent Scribners leadership is a disaster and a dangerous threat to the success of thousands of children. He must step down now

I have been hearing from so many of you about the reading scores and it honestly just keeps me up at night thinking about what is happening in those classrooms. It is hard to keep track of all the emails I am getting from parents who feel completely ignored by the district but please know I am reading every single one as I prepare to take this to the next level.

The whole mask mandate is a distraction to the declining test scores. According to the FWISD produced slides from the 7/27/21 school board meeting, over half the children in FWISD are failing and another 10-20% are operating below grade level. This is unacceptable and Scribner must be held accountable.

20th in the state is a pathetic performance. Only in government can you perform this poorly and still keep your job. In the private sector he’d already be gone and wouldn’t need to sigh a petition!

My grandchildren attend FWISD schools and I’m appalled by this superintendent’s disregard for our State laws, and concerned my grandchildren fall into those high percentages that reveal real learning is not taking place.

Poor school records. Parents, not school board are the ones who should decide whether or not their children will wear a mask. Science proves they are HARMFUL. Rebreathing ‘used’ air causes chronic oxygen deprivation and masks are the perfect medium for bacterial growth

Thanks for your service. Since you refuse to acknowledge individual students liberty and parental freedom of choice, please step down. You are hindering the well being of our children in Fort Worth. Your worldview does not fit with our community standards!

Fire Superintendent Scribner. 2 million dollar Equity survey. A school with a C rating and asking for a 1.7 billion dollar bind. This is being over spending and over stepping. Not to inv Cluse the blatant violation of Government Abbott Executive Order.
