Currently there are 13 boat slips at this site on Seton Channel. Prop Dredging has gone on over the past 10+ years. The proposal is for additional 28 boat slips. Safety, the environment, habitats, property values and the shoreline of the lake will be negatively changed in this already congested channel.

To our Seton Channel followers. We wish to extend a sincere thank you for all your support. We lost a battle but we have not lost the war.

The LMCD granted 5th Street Ventures a license for 12 boat slips with a possible 5 more if a water test is completed.

1. There will be a water delineation study done for environmental concerns and there can be no destruction of Bogs or Wetlands by boats or dredging.
2. Traffic Safety was not high on the LMCD list so if you encounter problems in Seton Channel please call the Sheriff or LMCD with your name, time and date of the incident.
