I, the undersigned, a resident of Heron Park, do not support the applications to build oversized semi-detached houses, each with secondary units in the basements, at 2430 Clover St. and 2419 Carlsen Ave.
They are larger than what is allowed in the current R3A zoning, will have insufficient parking space and are not compatible with the surrounding neighbourhood.
