Dear Brickell Key residents:

We are opening this petition as we are concerned about the news on the construction permits approved to build a sales center and later on a super tall tower on the Island's South Lawn.

Please sign and share this petition to stop further permits/construction plans until we have a concrete response from the City of Miami and the Commissioners' office about the contingency plan on the actions to be taken prior to the development in terms of traffic, access, safety and capacity of the island to host more residential/commercial units. We have many questions that we would like to discuss in person with the Commissioner.after we collect the signatures.

As Brickell Key residents we are highly concerned about the impact on our quality of life during the constructions period, in terms on transitability, noise and debris levels. We look forward to hearing from our city Commissioners and having the opportunity to discuss these important issues before the constructions starts.

***We ask for the support of all Brickell Key Residents to have this petition brought up to the attention of our commissioners Sabina Covo, District 2 and Eileen Higgins, District 5.

We are aiming to collect at least 1,000 signatures to really capture the attention of the Commissioners.
