this is to stop deadbeat dads from getting paid under the table and their places of employment covering up for them by not reporting their social security numbers/ payroll info to the DA's office!!!! My daughter's father Sean Dj Fatbox franklin has been beating the system for 15 yrs because he is a Dj he obviously doesnt have to fill out a W-2 form to Dj a party but places like Clubs , Radio Stations (Power 88.1) and large venues should have to have Dj's fill out at least a 1099 so the DA's office can trace this. My daughters deadbeat dad owes over $54,000 to me as well as the state of California and the state of Nevada because i have needed the state for assistance for medical insurance for my daughter. This is an outrage please join me in the fight to stop this crime it is against the law to pay under the table.
