It is so hard for a person with visable tattoos to get a job. No one should be judged on there appearance. Id like to call this discrimination. I would like to try and reach 3,500 signatures to prove that a lot of people are affected by this discrimination. Everyone has the right to express themselves and personally i like to do it with my body art. Everywhere you go you see someone with a tattoo and i bet they have there own story to tell about being discriminated against.

Please pass this along to everyone so everyone can have the right to voice there opinion. I hope to see your signature on here (:

Thanks so much!

The stories shared in the comments reveal a widespread struggle that goes deeper than simple aesthetics. I am reflecting on how many talented individuals are consistently overlooked because of personal expression. This evidence is becoming a powerful tool for the conversations I intend to start with local employers.

Seeing this conversation grow confirms how many people feel limited by outdated professional standards. Your participation proves that the tide is turning toward a more inclusive perspective on personal expression.

I have piercings and am planning on getting more in the near future. Body art and modification does NOT affect ability to work.

Tattoos are a form of expression. Its art and we should not be discriminated against for expressing our individuality.
