Stop Forced Annexation in Tennessee

We, the undersigned, petition the members of the Tennessee House of Representatives to pass legislation that prohibits forced annexation by any means without approval by referendum of the voters residing in the areas that include the properties to be annexed and the voters residing in the areas that include the properties being annexed to.
