Petition To End K9 Or Any Other Training Within Cemeteries In Effingham NH

We, the residents of Effingham, as well as other non resident decendents of deceased family and friends that are laid to rest within the cemeteries in this municipality, hereby demand that any and all police and/or canine training within our cemeteries, cease immediately, and be suspended indefinitely for both legal and personal reasons.
