THIS IS UNJUST AND CRUEL. BEING A CERTAIN BREED HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH BULLYING. IT'S THE WAY THE PEOPLE RAISE THE ANIMAL. THE PEOPLE SHOULD BE PUNISHED, NOT THE ANIMAL. WHY PUNISH AN ANIMAL FOR BEING A CERTAIN BREED??? IT'S LIKE PUNISHING A PERSON FOR BEING A CERTAIN RACE OR BELIEVING IN A CERTAIN RELIGION. WE DON'T DO THAT ANYMORE SO WHY DO THIS?????????
