November of last year my son was kidnapped when he went to check the mail by the biological father. Regardless of my six year old baby boy never knowing him the law states no crime has been committed because there was no parental papers. Watching officers walk away stating there was nothing they could do broke my spirt. Inturn the biological had me served with a protection order which made it near impossible to find my son. I still have not seen or spoken to my son and some days it's a struggle to breath without him. This petition I will be taking all the way to Canberra to have introduced Beaus Law which would make it a federal offence for a parent who hasn't been active in a child's life to kidnap them.
