We wish to express our annoyance with the frequent infringements of the National Environment Agency's regulations which prohibits any activities at constructions sites from Saturday 10pm to Monday 7am.

We the residents wish to register our complaints of floodlights from the LKC site being projected directly into the surrounding apartments.

we are lodging this petition to let both the project owners and contractors of the LKC school of medicine know that we want the authorities to take firmer action to stop the disturbance and inconsiderate actions of both light and noise pollution in our estate.
