How can a shutdown happen under a country with OUR Constitution?

Bad a Build Border Game

An entire country is hostage to a bad Build a Border Game between two teams. The Red and the Blue. These teams have made the Unites States a playground for embarrassingly unprofessional childish behavior.

A good game has sharp referees and umpires, and most importantly, a real life run time. However, and tragically for an entire country and world watching the minute by minute play of Build the Border Game, it has languished into deadly overtime.

The shocked viewing stand sees a Present Potus who is holding his ball and refusing to have anyone play any more unless he gets his way. The other team stubbornly refuses to play his way. There is shouting in the stands, and the referees and umpires are on the sidelines in pow wow quandary.

The real tragedy is, the people in the viewing stand are not just “paying” fans, they are government “paid” employees with families and have obligations and a right to their wages. This is now a game gone wrong on every level, and everyone, including an entire world watching, is waiting for the foul play to end.

I query to where are our three branches of the government to become one good ref?

Enough of the games.

What all government leaders can prudently agree on is proper border security and how to economically handle it.

To hold our country’s federal workers hostage to their wages would be a bad call by any good ref. Just a thought from the side lines. Time to end the game.
