I am starting this position due to being fired from my security guard job by the community president mr. Lee for really no reason at all I've started working at Riverside Villa on February 16th I was relieved of my duties on March 5th 2018 the community president mr. Lee has been harassing me since I started the job what led to me being released for my job when he wrote by I was sitting in the guardhouse charging the company phone and the company's go-kart would you need to be charged so that I can do my job he then stopped and was very disrespectful to me verbally so I texted him before you start complaining I'm sitting in the guard house because I'm charging the company phone and the company go kart he then replies back that that is a poor excuse then I called my boss to explain to him what happened an hour later mr. Lee pulls up to the front of the community while I am standing outside of the community by the visitor side because the gate was stuck and I had to let Residence In mr. Lee then goes and looks inside of the Guard house to see if I'm there he calls me over to the gate and start yelling and cursing calling me a female dog saying F me and that I am not to come back next weekend he then called my boss and told him a complete utter lie there was a resident who saw the whole thing but the residents could not be located because I did not know where he went or where he lived so please if you are woman and you haven't do it this and if you're a man who has daughters please sign this position because it is wrong and disrespectful.
