Dear HUD, NHP Foundation, Cleme Manor LLC, & Jamestown Affordable Housing

Let this petition serve as a written complaint from all signatures listed . We would appreciate you all looking into frequent sewer backup, power outages, bedbug , roach and rat infestation. We're constantly faced with preventable hardships such as being overcharged for rent, monthly eviction notices, denial of access to our amenities.Due to lack of organization, proper number of staff, professionalism displayed by your management group LYND and high turnover of your nonprofit Operation Pathways at 5300 Coke St. Houston,TX 77020.

We're asking for the removal of the current companies, rearranging personnel of LYND and Operation Pathways isn't the solution. We've lived under their leadership for several years. We're seeking the removal of both entities so that we may live in an environment we can proudly call home. We look forward to hearing from you or meeting with you on this matter at your earliest convenience.
