STOP THE TOWNHOMES

Hills of Kingswood Homeowners and Lot Owners,
Our developer plans to purchase the eight (8) acres of land immediately adjacent to our community on Rock Creek Parkway from another developer who has plans to build 90+ town homes. Not only would their construction adversely impact our property values, it would also mean 150+ vehicles exiting right outside our entrance, making our traffic congestion even worse. It would also eliminate the opportunity to seek approval to restrict access to our private walking trail and lose other advantages. To block the townhomes, our developer (and our HOA) wants to:
- Acquire the eight (8) acres of land immediately adjacent to our community
- Add 10 large estate lots along Rock Creek Parkway
- Straighten our resident entrance and
- Privatize our hike & bike trail, if approved by the City of Frisco.
However, the City of Frisco must approve it and has put up a barrier – we must obtain 100% consent of all Hills of Kingswood property owners by March 28, 2023.
PLEASE HELP US BLOCK CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROPOSED TOWNHOMES IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO OUR COMMUNITY BY GIVING YOUR CONSENT TO OUR DEVELOPER’S PLANS AND HOA’s WISHES.
THIS IS URGENT AND TIME SENSITIVE. IF WE DON’T GET 100% CONSENT AND QUICKLY, WE MANY NOT BE ABLE TO STOP CONSTRUCTION OF THE TOWNHOMES.
You may give your consent to this effort by signing this petition or give your consent by mail, fax, or by sending an image of a signed form you will receive from CMA Management to your HOA Board member (or drop it in his mailbox at your convenience).
