The purpose of this petition is to bring awareness to, while taking a stand against the federal income tax. On May 21, 1895, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that a direct tax on personal income was unconstitutional the “direct tax” on the “income of real and of personal property” was “unconstitutional and void.” However in 1913, the 16th amendment to the constitution made the income a permanent fixture in the U.S. tax system in direct violation of the constitution and Supreme Court ruling. We will be collecting pledges from individuals who would like to take a stand and defend their civil liberties. We are going to be collecting the pledges in an attempt to abstain from contributing to the state through the taxation of income. This will however only be a campaign designed to thwart the payments on the federal level, and on income alone, at this time. We will implement the process on 1/1/2020, as long as the amount of pledged participants is met. This will be our safety net to assure you do not go at this alone, our goal is to create a vast network to aid in, and protect ourselves should the need arise. The goal is to garner enough support that we have 1 million people voluntarily discontinue, paying their income taxes, this protest will be an attempt at removing all federal income tax deductions, from Americans' income.
