We request that the Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippine, Presidents should end the policy to legalize dog and cat meat (hygienic control of dog and cat meat). Instead we ask that the Presidents should promote the legislation that bans the slaughter of dogs and cats for food/medicine and prohibits the consumption of dog/cat meat. There will be so many positive changes when these countries expel dog and cat consumption: No more unhygienic and disgusting food. No more cruel slaughter of dogs and cats. No more pollution of the environment from dog meat trade. Asian Children will learn the value of loving animals. Asia will become a more peaceful society. 6. China, Korea, Viet-nam, Philippine will no longer be viewed as countries of animal abusers. 7. These countries and the international community will welcome China, Korea, Viet-Nam, Philippine, as countries that protect and love animals. 8. Less geriatric disease. Good news for public health. 9. Progressive young Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippine will support the government. 10. these countrie\'s image will improve and Asia\'s future generation will benefit from the change. Why should these governments ignore a policy that brings so many positive changes Hygienic control of dog meat will result in criticism that the Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippine, governments are encouraging the slaughter of dogs, animals most beloved by asians who value trust and friendship. It will break the hearts of animal lovers within these countries and abroad. It will encourage the consumption of even more dogs & cats and will create misery to even more companion animals. Such a policy will worsen Asia\'s already tainted image and further spread geriatric disease due to fraudulent health myths.. It is easier and requires less public resources to put a stop to the dog & cat meat trade. The costs and dangers to regulate this fraudulent industry are too great. The Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippine, governments are ill-prepared to meet this challenge. It is not worth pleasing a minority of dog eaters and illegal dog meat traders at the expense of millions of Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Philippine people and animals. We request that the Presidents of the China, Korea, Viet-nam, Philippine rethink their opinion. Please, stop the cruelties of dog and cat meat eating (farming, trading, offering in restaurants and shops, all the especially painful techniques of slaughtering).
