Reaching this level of support confirms that my frustration with these delivery delays is shared by many of you. It is encouraging to see that so many shoppers expect better standards for the goods they order online.

UPS is the worst, just today I saw them walk up to my door, without the package, just slap a sticker on my door and walk away. Zero attempt to delver it. They drove away before I could even get to the door. Now they want me to come pick it up from them! Right...I will cancel my prime 1st. I will just go to the FN store and buy goods then, be cheaper and less hassle at this point.
UPS is making my Christmas shopping a nightmare. They will not hold my packages for pick up for any length of time at the UPS store. In some cases, they have marked it as "refused" and returned to shipper the next day! This is without any delivery attempts. I don't know how they get away with this.
UPS has not delivered 3 of 4 shipments to me from Amazon. This is ridiculous. I will not use them anymore. They just keep telling me delivery is on hold.
Hi we always have hard time to get our packages. They leave the package not even knocking on the door. or deliver after apartment's office is closed. Can't get a hold of customer service.

I am super frustrated with UPS. I live down the street from the hub however, the package is a bunk bed and a mattress. Like seriously just drop off my stuff! Wasted two days waiting around when given a window after it was already delayed! I so hate them right now and wish Amazon would not use them anymore. Get your logistics together UPS you've been doing this way too long!

UPS persists in delivering my packages to a neighbor. Have the same street number but live in an apt (which is on the address label) behind the house. The drivers can't be bothered to read the address label. And I can never get a live person to talk to.
