Dear Sunriver Owner (s),

Christian Myers and Benjamin Clapa are seeking amendments to the CC&R’s currently in place on the property located at: 18135 Cottonwood Road, Sunriver Oregon

Section 5.2 of the current CC&R’s is restricted, and only allows the following uses:

  • The property may be used only for any of the following: schools, utility substations, utility equipment storage yards and pump stations, dedicated common areas (upon recording of a Sunriver Declaration so designating the Property or any portion thereof), open space, sewage treatment facilities, utility transmission lines, and recreational facilities generally associated with resort developments, including, without limitations, golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, playgrounds, nature centers, putting greens, equestrian facilities, boat docks, amphitheaters and observations.

The CC&R’s currently do not allow “ALF” Assisted Living Facilities within the uses permitted on the property.

The proposed CC&R Section 5.2 would be revised as follows:

  • The Property may be used only for any of the following: schools, assisted living facility, utility substations, utility equipment storage yards and pump stations, dedicated common areas (upon recording of a Sunriver Declaration so designating the property or any portion thereof), open space, sewage treatment facilities, utility transmission lines, and recreational facilities generally associated with resort developments, including, without limitations, golf courses, tennis courts, swimming pools, parks, playgrounds, nature centers, putting greens, equestrian facilities, boat docks, amphitheaters and observations.

For the proposed change to the CC&R to occur, it requires 75% of all unit owners that were mailed this Petition to agree.
