Is this the future Norwegian Maritime Authority, DNMF and Norwegian offshore companies want???
Norwegian Maritime Authority are issuing ETO licence to all Chief.Eng and 1st.Eng. They belive their education is good enough to get ETO license for ¨free¨. The result of this is that Norwegian companies belive it's good enough to only have ETR onboard their vessels, jeopardizing our jobs by making our education worthless.
