The Kukkiwon administration has officially confirmed the reinstatement of Master Kang Jae-won. We are now working with legal counsel to oversee the protocols of his return to the Education Department. We remain focused on the transition process to ensure the integrity of this decision is maintained.

Our comrade Master Kang Jae-won was wrongfully dismissed from his Kukkiwon post as Education Department Operations Director, and I kindly urge you and all you know who sympathize with him to support his reinstatement.
Master Kang Jae-won is an honorable and diligent man, a friend to so many, and is among Kukkiwon’s first generation of conscientious influencers. During the former Kukkiwon president’s misconduct investigation, Master Kang was coerced by corrupt parties within Kukkiwon into reversing his original statement to provide a false statement.
We were encouraged when he won the appeal filed through the District Court against the misconduct of the former Kukkiwon President. However, an appeal to the Supreme Court is being filed, and we must all rally to do our part to make sure Master Kang is released from further harm.
Please help by adding your name to this petition. Moreover, please reach out to all other Taekwondo leaders and Black Belt practitioners that you know so that they, too, can add their names to the list. On the Comments field, please include your Country.

The volume of support has now reached a point that forces the administration to acknowledge our position. I am finalizing the formal request for a meeting with the Board of Directors to present these signatures alongside the court findings.

We are currently preparing a formal packet including all signature data to present to the Kukkiwon board of directors. Legal counsel is reviewing the documentation regarding the Supreme Court filing to determine our next point of intervention.

World Taekwondo needs quality leadership and direction more than ever so that our Martial Art's community can keep moving forward and evolve with the best people in place such as Master Kang Jae-Won.
