The Massachusetts Patient Advocacy Alliance (MPAA) is working to demonstrate to elected officials in Haverhill that there is strong support for safe access to medical marijuana for qualifying patients. MPAA is a coalition of medical marijuana patients, family members, public health groups, and medical professionals who brought the 2012 ballot initiative to the voters and has since been working to ensure that implementation of the law works for patients and communities.
