We have been informed that our permit to rent our canoes, kayaks, and row boats from the Rollins Pond boat launch will likely not be renewed next year. Our hope is that a show of public support will change that! The Paeglow family has been renting boats from the boat launch at Rollins Pond Campground since 1955, when Rollins Pond was established. Prior to that, the Paeglow's rented canoes from neighboring Fish Creek Ponds, beginning in 1931 with just a few hand-made boats.
