While Mayor Diamond has published a letter to stop consolidation efforts of the Glens Falls Police Department, James Brock,who represents Glens Falls 4th Ward on the Warren County Board of Supervisors continues to push for consolidation. Glens Falls Mayor Jack Diamond has continued to push his private agenda of disbanding the Glens Falls Police Department and consolidating with the Warren County Sheriff Dept. He has refused to answer whether or not he has the support of the Glens Falls Common Council. Mayor Diamond continues to release information through his office without making himself available for comment or question. A consolidation would result in the those people living in Glens Falls losing the quick and familiar response of Glens Falls Police Officers.
