Our city is facing tough times: A budget deficit will force cuts to important services for children and families. If we don't continue to invest in these services now, we'll pay more later in lives and costs. That is why I agree to send a message to the Mayor and City Council: I am willing to support a temporary increase in wage or property taxes to save children's services and our future.
