The feedback from the workers has been heartbreaking to read lately. I am still pushing for a meeting with the council to demand better conditions for these staff members despite the wall of silence I keep hitting.

Reaching this point has been a long and draining process that left me questioning if we were ever going to be taken seriously. Knowing that so many people see the injustice these workers face keeps me moving forward despite how exhausted I feel today.

Ridiculous that they are treated like second class citizens. Pay them what they are owed.
STOP EXPLOITING STAFF. It is 2019 not the dark ages.
My daughter loves the ladies who serve her lunch. They are vital to the school and deserve decent pay.
About time these workers got some respect. Sodexo needs to do better.
These people work so hard every single day. They deserve to be paid properly and have sick pay like everyone else. Sort it out council!

Cant believe this is still going on. Do the right thing and pay the workers a fair wage.
