due to Surrey County Council cutbacks the street lights are now turned off from midnight until 5 am this has now given local vandals the best possible cover to cause damage to cars and not get seen.

this has to increase the cost of motor insurance to every car owner just so the council can save a few pounds.give us back our lighting all night please S.C.C.
