Have you ever been STUCK on the Tai Tam Bridge?

Many people have gotten stuck for long periods of time while driving across the Tai Tam Reservoir Bridge. Girl Scouts Troop 14 wants the government to place a traffic light at each end of the bridge to help regulate traffic. To convince the government to place the traffic lights, we need YOUR help.
