This evening as I attempted to walk into my dorm; Catherine Hooper came millimeters away from striking me with her vehicle. I believe that her negligence makes her a threat and public safety hazard. I am very shaken and traumatized by this experience and strongly believe that no one else should have to experience such a tragedy. Sign my petition and make this world a better place.
