Dover use to be a good place to live. Now its nothing but a corrupt nightmare. Get them out and get someone in there who actually cares about the town and not just their own pockets.
I’m in my late 30’s, and individuals in LE, and the county and city govt have been an ongoing issue in Dover/Stewart Co ever since I was a child. KW is one of the most corrupt cops on the planet. When I was in HS, her son (who is younger than me, he was 15 at the time), was at a party, absolutely trashed and causing chaos. Instead of doing anything about him or the party, she dragged him out of the house and took him home. She did this on several occasions. She covered for him time and again. She also followed my Dad about 15yrs ago and continuously harassed him for 5-6 days. Every time he drove to work, there she was. Every time he went to the store, there she’d be. He’d look in his rear view coming down Park Hill, and guess who he’d see...?? He finally spoke to her and told her to stop following him, that she didn’t want him for an enemy. She finally listened. Those are just the things that directly affected me, but I know of a laundry list of things she’s been involved in or responsible for. On a side note, I partied with 2 Dover LEO’s when I was 16, bc they were fine with underage drinking & drug use. Instead of cracking down on underage drinking & substance abuse in the county, they have always CONTRIBUTED to it. It’s been this way since I can remember. The former mayor (y’all know who I’m talking about) stepped on a few toes in the PD. They didn’t like that, and I don’t know how old this petition is, but it is TIME that place was cleaned up!! Take out the trash!! We are sick and TIRED OF CORRUPT LEO’s in this country—they have spread like a virus in every state. It’s disgusting!
