The company finally agreed to bring back the original formula. My hands are tired from fighting this for so long but I am relieved we succeeded. Keep an eye out for the classic bottle returning to the shelves soon.

We are your customers, members, distributors, & managers. We politely request that you continue production of the original recipe of Nature's Sunshine Tei-Fu massage lotion. The new and improved replacement Tei-Fu Recovery Massage Lotion (Stock # 21913) has proven to be subpar compared to its predecessor Tei-Fu Massage Lotion (Stock # 3538-5). I, along with many others have had negative complaints about the new and improved formula, ranging from product consistency, oil separation from lotion, smell, efficacy compared to the original, dried lotion / wax like residue left on skin after application, and etc.

Reaching this level of support honestly feels heavy because it confirms so many of us are dealing with the same frustration. I am exhausted by the constant uphill battle to get them to listen to loyal users. Still, seeing this response gives me the energy to keep pushing for the original formula.

I have a history of debilitating migraines, fibromyalgia, rheumatoid arthritis, along with general pain. I used to be a massage therapist, and was able to continue working because of the miraculous original formula... now, I can no longer help others because I have found NOTHING that works like the original. PLEASE bring it back!
I used the original Tei Fu lotion every night faithfully on the areas of my neuropathy. The new version is less effective and stinks. Please go back to the original formula.
My reflexology clients REALLY miss the original formula. I have tried to recreate but have only had mild luck. Please have a heart and bring it back!!!
The new version seperates, is sticky, and after 15-20 min you have no effect. The original version continued an effect for a couple of hours!
I do not like the smell of the new one either. I am a manager and I have had customers use this for years and years and now they can not get it, they have tried the new one and will not be purchasing it again, this hurts my bottom line.
Please bring back original. Why break something that wasn't broke?
