I have been hearing stories from so many of you about how this schedule change threatens your time at home. Behind the scenes I am gathering these experiences to show leadership that this policy hurts the people who have already put in the work.

Seeing this level of support from the rest of the crew confirms that I am not the only one feeling forgotten by these scheduling changes. Knowing that my peers finally have my back makes the long nights at the station feel a little less lonely.

Personal wants and needs set aside, this blatent disregard for seniority and proper process is unacceptable and cannot stand
Poorly made and forced upon stessed employees without any concern for better medical care of patients
I sign because my union seniority rights are being horribly violated!

This schedule is a slap in the face to guys who put in years here. Why are the rookies getting the best shifts when we have seniority over them?
