( I NEED YOUR HELP) A little girl by the name of Tiana is going thru a legal battle with school district 203/Naperville. She is a new student at the school that has been bullied from day one. She got into an altercation with another student which resulted in a fight in which her daughter used a lock as a weapon. I know it was wrong, but in the same token, she went to her asst. principal for guidance, and he quoted; I do not encourage to fight in school, but self defense. So now the police is involved, they are trying to ex-spell her from school, as well as from any school in the state of Illinois, as well as not being able to attend an alternate school. This is an 12 year old honored student that has never been in trouble before. She's in 7th grade the other student is in 8th and there is a big difference is size as well.
