The administration officially reversed the decision and our morning break is returning. I am so relieved my friends will finally have time to eat again. We need to stay focused to ensure the change happens exactly as promised.

I have been hearing from so many of you who are missing your only chance to eat before the afternoon and it confirms exactly why we cannot let this change stand. The administration is still ignoring my emails about the overcrowding in the hallways but I am preparing to present these stories directly to the school board.

Seeing one hundred people recognize how much we need this break is overwhelming. This change in our schedule feels unfair to every student who relies on that morning time to eat. I am honestly stunned by this initial response.

Seriously? We need a minute to breathe. This is just gonna make kids more stressed and prone to acting out.
TOTAL LAME. They just want the money but wanna treat us like prisoners.
How are we supposed to focus on an empty stomach? This is ridiculous.
I dont have time to eat before the bus comes so break is the only chance I get. They really didnt think this through.
The hallways are already a zoo between classes. Taking away our break is just punishing everyone. Please bring it back.

If they think this stops fights they are wrong. Everyone is gonna be grumpy and tired.
