1. This petition presented by C3M - Cohort of Chronically Concussed Mortarmen- now CohortofOverPressuredWarfighters, seeks to gain the attention of the decision makers in the US Executive and Legislative Branches to the fact that there is now adequate scientific conclusions and testimonies to declare OCCUPATIONAL EXPOSURE TO LOW LEVEL BLAST EXPOSURE FIRING HEAVY MORTARS as a MILITARY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH HAZARD. Thereby making "PRESUMPTIVE" any VA Benefit service-connection for heavy mortar crew veterans with chronic post-concussion symptoms and related neurological, behavioral and neurodegenerative diseases due to their service to the country.
