I am a resident of Southwest Orange County and fully support the beautiful redevelopment by Unicorp National Developments of the former River of Life Community Church. I am in favor of the proposed Parkside Development. Parkside will be a great addition to the Dr. Phillips community and the park will create a wonderful outdoor amenity and the perfect transition into the residential portion of Dr. Phillips. I also support that Parkside will feature the first Trader Joe’s in Southwest Orange County.
