Hello Every body. As we all know that Afghanistan badly needs education for its citizens so there are many scholarship programs for Afghan students. But at the same time, it is an open secret that these scholarships are full of corruption. Most of the time, able and deserving students are left behind. Scholarships are distributed with political aims behind. Students having no referee are not even eligible for applying to test in some cases. So this petition is to ask the President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to do some thing very urgent regarding this important issue. Regards, Benyamin.
