The continuous digging and movement of dirt throughout the Tuscany Village due to the excavation project, has caused huge inconvenience to our Tuscany community. This has taken the form of significant noise, congestion, and dirt being dropped and blown from trucks, as well as the temporary storage of dirt in various "hills" throughout the village. The excavation work has left our homes covered in dirt, especially our windows and solar arrays. While we expected some inconvenience from the continued building of homes in the village, none of us could have foreseen the huge disruption, noise, and dust which this excavation project has caused. While Shea is unable to compensate us for the discomfort we have endured: we, the members of the Tuscany Village, feel it is only reasonable that Shea pay for cleaning of all windows and solar panels on all existing homes in the Tuscany Village. By signing this petition, I am formally asking Shea to commit to washing of all the existing Tuscany home's windows and solar arrays, due to issues listed above.
