Venus applied twice to the university of buffalo (UB) to be able to accept Campus Cash from the UB students. Venus is conveniently located for UB students. However, Venus has never gotten any replies from the UB Card office to accept or reject the request. Other businesses in the surrounding area have applied after Venus and they have recieved the service.
